While some companies may choose to charge flat rates for services, we at Jim Landis,
Inc. feel that it is unfair to charge the same rate for each service.  For instance,
replacing a toilet at your newer home may take less time and materials than to do that
same job in a home that has older plumbing and may need more materials and labor.

While we don’t know what level of repair and replacement issue we’ll run into at your
