My practical and curiosity questions were never an intrusion and they worked neater than I thought possible. The “thank you gifts” were appreciated and the blanket found a place in our living room on the reading chair!
Recently a pipe burst due to the cold weather. It was a Sunday afternoon but Jim Landis, Inc. came out and saved the day! We were so grateful. We just found ourselves a new plumber – wouldn’t use anyone else!

Everyone really stepped out of the box to accommodate us. We are more than happy with their work and the equipment. We would tell everyone….don’t go with anyone else!
